This private birthday party was simply exquisite and expertly organised by Hilary herself, with the help of Mark and Adam. The party was for 75 guests and took place at the stunning Clissold House, situated in the centre of Clissold Park. This venue is truly spectacular and is perfect for private gatherings, intimate dinners and even weddings for up to 90 guests.

The reception opened with a young family member playing songs on the keyboard, while arriving guests were served Champagne and vegetarian canapés in the Clissold House lobby.

Guests were then seated for dinner across several adjoining rooms, creating a beautiful buzz of conversation throughout the entire venue. Starters were served at the table before guests were invited to come up to the buffet. The main meal was followed by sharing platters of mini desserts, consisting of several favourites hand-picked by Hilary herself.

Tea and coffee were served from a station set up back in the lobby, which had been turned around during dinner. Resisting the usual service of tea and coffee directly to the tables meant that guests got to their feet much sooner after dinner and began to enjoy the after party, while staff seamlessly removed the furniture. Dancing continued until just before midnight, at which point guests made their way home after a simply beautiful party, one that will always be a firm favourite for us at Boulevard.
