After producing a video to mark the busiest day in our history on the 9th of March, we didn’t quite expect that just two months later we’d be taking things further with an even bigger day – but on the 18th of May we were doing just that, with 2000 guests across five separate London venues.

NEC with Periscope Live – B1 Victoria House – 1600 across two days (800 on the 17th, 800 on the 18th) – day delegate package of all day refreshments, boxed lunch and evening cocktail recpetion.

Mitsubishi Electric – Olympic Park Velodrome – 600 guests – full day event with refreshments throughout, welcome breakfast, bowl food lunch with interactive food stations and evening drinks.

YouView – Troxy – 250 guests – full day conference with two course plated lunch, refreshments throughout and an evening reception of canapé and bowl food.

Wired Magazine – 300 guests – full day conference with breakfast, bowl food and food station lunch, all day crew catering, afternoon tea and evening drinks service.

Private client – 80 guests – Light of Soho – canapé reception

The 18th of May not only represented the biggest logistical challenge in our history with five completely different menus across each event, but also the highest volume of food. What really set this day apart though was this wasn’t simply mass catering, it was bespoke, high quality menus produced on a mass scale. Served by over 120 staff our team provided over 7700 individual dishes from yogurt and granola breakfast pots to roast loin of lamb with navarin sauce, from freshly baked chocolate and hazelnut brownies to Korean monkfish with coriander sauce and from Indian wraps served from street food stations to Roast loin of venison with chestnut rösti and celeriac puree canapés.

We also produced a video to document the day which you can find on our YouTube channel.

Oh and our clients loved it!

Words from the clients

“Dear Mark

Can I just say what a joy it has been working with you too! Your flexibility, patience and understanding were hugely appreciated. Food was delicious and very well received. The chefs did a great job in a very confined space.

Look forward to working with you again”
