Meet our head Chef Rhiannon

Looking back on another special year for our family business, one in which we achieved things that we could only dream of when it all began in 1989. Notably being highly commended for caterer of the year by @eventmag and critics choice @squaremealvande in the canapé cup.

It’s no coincidence that our success this year coincides with this incredibly talented chef and all round amazing person @rhiannonb89 joining the family, almost exactly one year ago.
We are proud to call Rhiannon our head chef, her passion, creativity and outrageous work ethic has improved us so much as a team and helped us deliver some unbelievable catering. There’s a reason why she was the youngest female executive chef in London and why she was recently named in the top 100 most influential event professionals by Event Magazine.

For any business to achieve longevity, you must always raise the bar, constantly improve the offering and continuously find new ways to impress the consumer.

The key to that is recruiting the right people, who buy into the vision, bring new ideas and most importantly uphold the same high standards.

Hiring Rhiannon is a perfect example of a company nailing that brief and we are looking forward to many more years with her on board.
