Our food options are constantly influenced by the diverse cultural landscape of London and the UK, it’s like a paradise for ‘foodies’ over here. Being that it’s such a popular discussion topic and also that we work with food everyday, we feel like we are constantly talking about food trends. So when Adam Parry, editor of Event Industry News, asked us for our incite we wanted to change the conversation a little. We decided to shed some light on the overall change in human behaviour that we’ve seen over the past few years and discuss where we think that will take us in 2019.

I spent most of my youth hanging around the kitchen in our family restaurant ‘Boulevard.’ I was always intrigued by food and how it’s prepared to enhance different flavours and then presented immaculately. I feel privileged to be in the position to be able to work with my family everyday, planning, organising and delivering exceptional events with outstanding food.
